On Friday, Zoy came back to the hotel to come get us. He was meeting with his friend Kit over at Knightsbridge and so me and Mogly tagged on.
When we got there, we decided to goto Harrod's, I had gotten a coupon that allowed me to get a free bottle of champagne if i spent 100 quid, well that sounded good in theory except there was nothing remotely worthwhile at Harrod's and also some security guys were giving Kit and Mogly a hard time since they had backpacks on.
We left pretty quickly. We proceeded to nearby Hyde Park.
While at Hyde park we ran into some sculptures of elephants made entirely of sticks so naturally we were intruiged so we went over to them. There was a bunch of old people and tourists having their pictures taken with them and we thought itd be cute to do the same but take pictures with the rear of the elephants, people looked at us wierd and kind of annoyed because we werent supposed to be touching the elephants but whatever it was fun.
So while at Hyde Park, we thought it'd be fun to rent some pedal boats and so we got a pair of them. Zoy managed to sweet talk his way into getting a child priced ticket. Props to him for saving a quid... i suppose. Anyway we got on the boats where we briefly raced. We then tossed around a soda bottle Mogly had in his bag, and tried to purposely run into each other and shit.
Soon our half an hour was up and so we headed back to the dock. We then went over the fountain in memory of Princess Diana, nothing too eventful there, it got sunny briefly and dirtball Mogly finally washed his feet in it.
Thats pretty much all that happend here, we decided it'd be cool to goto Hamley's and mess around in that toy store so we did. There were these deck chairs strewn at Hyde Park but apparently you have to pay to sit on them. This is really gay and luckly i managed to find design on one of the deck chairs that expressed it.
You'll also notice that in many pics I'm holding an energy drink. I was still jetlagged from the day before and I was actually really tired that day. On to the next page.
